- This equipment is used for the Homogenizing Processes of Aluminium Billets / Bars for the purpose of eliminating the Internal Stresses imposed on the Aluminium bar, Minimizing the Deflection, Improving the plasticity and reducing the Extruding Resistance.
- The Furnace can provide the automated movement of Hearth with the Temperature Uniformity of (550-620) degree +5 °C for the Heat Treatment.
- Hot Air Circulation is carried out from two sets of strong wind centrifugal blowers, these blowers are fixed in the furnace to provide uniform heating to the Billets / Bars.
